Makes for a great gift. Just be sure the person who is receiving as a gift is okay with their age. I can imagine that some people might take offense to receiving a gift like this. I think it's great.

I bought this book as a thank you gift for my (north of 80 yrs old) aunt in the UK. The UK version of this book has Judy Dench on the cover, but I knew she would prefer Clint! I also bought a copy for myself and I love it! It is so interesting to not only read from people I recognize, but to also research unknown contributors. It has become quite consuming yet enlightening at the same time. The book itself is heavy but beautifully made ~ a real treasure.. a perfect gift! Enjoy

We fell in love with Andrew Zuckerman's photography through our research and learning about photography, then found a link to this book [...].
We purchased two copies, one for my 76 year old mother; the other for my husband's 85 and 87 year old parents. They have all enjoyed the book immensely -
wish I had purchased a third copy for us!
Beautiful reproduction, wonderful prose, and many of the persons featured in the book are not the typical "media famous" types. Many lessons to learn.

This book is fantastic!! Large portraits on each page with the most interesting photos I have ever seen. Wisdom is written all over their faces. It is so interesting to read what they have to say. And, Clint Eastwood is still handsome at 80 years of age. A very good buy, indeed. I saw this book for sale at the Jersey shore and it was $50.00!! You won't be disappointed.

Realy great book!
It is amazing how large and top quality it is for this small amount of money.
I ordered it straight after viewing the "make of" trailer on [...]
The thoughts and pictures in book are so brilliant, i get a lot of inspiration
from just about any page i open.
I bought it just for the art of photography, but actually everything in package is a masterpiece!!
I recomend it to everyone as i think everyone should have something so nice at theyr home. And for now everyone can.
Plus there is DVD included. And thats even better.
