Has a lot of black and white prints...but, short on text. I was looking for more in the instruction area as a MASTERCLASS on photography. Truly a masterclass of it's own June 10, 2000 8 out of 11 found this review helpful This is really an excellent book for teaching, or just for the public. It gives you great pointers on how to achieve a certain look for a particular picture. It is also interesting to see how different pictures can look when certain effects are applied to it. I would recommend this book to anyone as a gift or a personal collection of their own.
